We design homes that look like they evolved over time, never like they were finished in a weekend.

Our favorite rooms mix eras. A well-loved antique beside a clean, modern lamp. A splurge-worthy sofa with a flea market find. A familiar classic with one surprise you didn’t see coming. A house filled from a catalog or copied from someone’s instagram rarely feels like home.

We’re drawn to texture and to things that show their age honestly: a weathered wood table, brass that’s developed a patina over time, pottery with a chip or two. Those marks are often what give a room its warmth and character.

We choose materials and fabrics meant to wear well for years, not just look good in photos. If we wouldn’t live with it ourselves, it won’t end up in your home.

With over 20 years in residential and commercial design, Sarah has learned that the difference between a nice room and a memorable one is always in the details: contrast, warm layered lighting, pieces that are properly scaled, art with personality, and architecture that’s been given attention. She appreciates every style, and the result is always a balance of your taste and her eye.
