This package is for you if you are selling your home or if you are a realtor and want to add value to your services for your client.
I, along with my staging team, will stage with what you already have! Beginning with a one-hour in-home consultation to assess your space and the items you already own. It is followed by an email with a custom evaluation detailing the prep needed prior to our arrival (item/furnishing removal, painting, handyman services). Then my staging specialist and myself will come in for a day (up to 6 hours) to rearrange and style up to 2 spaces.
